Patients or Travelers

Greetings Travelers

Individuals who find themselves with a serious diagnosis have a unique part of this journey that those of us in supportive roles will never fully understand. We see you.

Sharing wisdom through lived experiences can be a powerful way to reclaim and redefine who you are, if that is something you are looking for.

Mapping Your Support Ecosystem

Where Does Your Energy Go? Finding Balance

When you are managing a diagnosis or ongoing care needs, you take on an immense amount of invisible work. Between navigating healthcare systems, advocating for your needs, and processing constant changes, it is completely natural to feel drained. Yet, it can be difficult to explain that fatigue to others.
This visual mapping exercise—adapted from a clinical tool called an “ecomap” created by Dr. Ann Hartman—can help you step back and view your entire ecosystem. By charting the relationships, medical teams, and routines in your life, you can visualize exactly what is draining your energy and identify the spaces and people that truly refill your cup.
